Van Coordinator (Leeds)

Join our TWAM Van Team and become a vital part of our mission to send refurbished tools to African skills centres for livelihood creation. Our Van Teams are skilled drivers and friendly and approachable team players who enjoy meeting new people and working together towards a common goal. You'll get to know our amazing volunteer tool collectors and help load and unload the tools while enjoying the sights and sounds of the open road.

TWAM operates a fleet of modern vans driven by our dedicated team of Van Coordinators who share our passion for making a difference.

Each van needs coordinating, and in the Van Coordinator role, you will be arranging driving schedules and driver allocations - or overseeing these where a Van Administrator is in place. You will also arrange repairs and servicing of the van and store records to be sent periodically to the Volunteering Coordinator for filing. You will also carry out Van Assessments for new Van Team members or delegate these where appropriate.
