Tool Collection Point

Join our team of people collecting Tools for TWAM by getting together with others, such as your Rotary Club, Church or Mens Shed, to set up a Tool Collection point. You may also be an individual who has space at home but who does not enjoy driving to collect tools.

Tools are the backbone of TWAM's mission to transform lives in Africa. As a Tool Collection point, you will open for set periods each week for people to bring tools to you. Some of our Tool Collection points do also offer pick-ups.

We'll provide you with a TWAM email and put your name, area, and email on our website so people can easily find you. You'll also receive a TWAM polo shirt and fleece for the Volunteers who will man the point and provide our support with every step of the way.

We will ask the Tool Collection point Coordinator to register as a TWAM volunteer and also any volunteers who will be going out picking tools up.

As a friendly face in the community, you'll represent TWAM and spread the word about TWAM's work. By becoming a Tool Collection point, you'll not only help us save hundreds of tonnes of tools from landfills but also play a crucial role in creating livelihoods and fighting poverty in Africa.
